How do job credits work?

A credit is consumed when a job is approved and published. Submitting a draft or sending a role for review does not spend a credit. If a role is rejected before approval, the reservation is released.

How long does company verification take?

Most companies are reviewed within one working day. We check registration documents, the company website and the name. If something is unclear we request changes and keep the review open.

Can I edit a job after publishing?

You can edit minor details such as application instructions at any time. Material changes — title, description, location, salary or deadline — send the role back for quick reapproval while preserving the previous revision.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay on the employer balance until they are used. Every movement is recorded in the ledger.

How do I pay?

Submit a bank transfer or Telebirr deposit proof from the employer workspace. Finance reviews it, usually within one working day, and credits appear on the balance.

Is my CV public?

No. CVs live in private object storage and are served through short-lived signed links. Employers only receive the profile snapshot you submit with an application.

Can I use MellaWork without Telegram?

Yes. Email and password are supported everywhere. Telegram is an optional shortcut for login, alerts and CV upload.
